Optimise is part of Touch Network B.V. Touch Network hereafter referred to as "Touch Incentive", considers careful handling and security of your personal data of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and secured. In this privacy statement you can read how we do that.
What personal data do we process?
We process your personal data through this website when you choose to contact us through the contact form. We request the following personal data from you:
- First and last name;
- E-mail address;
- Company name;
- Phone number.
We do not process personal data about your browsing habits, location data, etc. For more information, please see our cookieverklaring.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data to respond to your contact request or request for a demo of Optimise.
On what legal basis do we process your personal data?
We base the processing of your personal data on the legitimate interest to respond to your contact request or demo request.
How long will your personal data be kept?
We keep your personal data for 1 year because of our internal quality system. This is because we can learn from everything you tell us. After that, your personal data will be deleted.
Do we share your personal data with third parties?
We do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing described above. We conclude an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure at least the same level of security and confidentiality of your data as we use ourselves.
How can you access, modify, delete or receive your personal data in digital format?
You have the right to view, modify, delete and receive your personal data from us in digital format. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You can send a request to this effect to privacy@touchincentive.com. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we may ask you for further identification. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks. As soon as your request has been processed, the information you have provided for identification purposes will be deleted.
How do we handle personal data of persons under the age of 16?
We do not intend to collect personal data about children under the age of 16. However, we cannot check whether, for example, someone who fills out a contact form or requests a demo of Optimise is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 16 without this consent, please contact us at privacy @touchincentive.com. We will then delete this personal data immediately.
Do we do automated decision making?
We do not make decisions based on automated processing about things that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without an employee of Touch in between.
How do we secure your personal data?
We take the protection of your data seriously and ensure appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact privacy@touchincentive.com.
What about third-party websites?
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are linked to our website through links or that have redirected you to our website. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable and secure manner. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these websites before using them.
How can you file a complaint about us?
If you have a question about how we handle your personal data, you can ask it at privacy@touchincentive.com. But you also have the possibility to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data.

We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. It is recommended that you consult this statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
